Our Brazil Santos medium roast showcases the distinctive terroir of Brazil's Parana and Sao Paulo highlands. Cultivated by Fazenda Santa Barbara at 750–1050 meters elevation in mineral-rich volcanic loam, the Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties develop their full potential through pulped natural processing and sun drying. The result is an exceptionally balanced brew with velvety body, subtle cocoa characteristics, and elegant complexity.
