Our decaffeinated single-origin Peru showcases a medium roast with nuanced notes of caramel and citrus, delivering a smooth cup without compromise. Sourced from Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, the beans blend five heritage varieties—Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor—grown at elevations between 1,100 and 1,700 meters in Piura and Amazonas. The mineral-rich clay soils impart complexity, while traditional gully washing and sun-drying preserve the beans' character. Decaffeination via the Swiss Water Process ensures a clean, flavorful profile that respects the coffee's origin integrity.
