This exceptional Sumatran coffee originates from the Aceh region's Takengon highlands, cultivated by the dedicated Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan cooperative at elevations between 1100–1600 meters. A blend of Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varietals undergoes the traditional Giling Basha wet-hulling process, yielding a distinctive cup profile. Expect a medium acidity balanced by a rich, syrupy body with prominent notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit, anchored by earthy undertones and a remarkably persistent finish that lingers on the palate.
